Freising
– Two years break are enough: From November 25th to 28th, the charitable Lerchenfeld Christmas market of the parish of St. Lantpert will finally take place again this year.
After Corona threw a spanner in the works for two years, the organizers decided to invite everyone to the big Advent market in the courtyard behind the parish church again this year.
Under the motto "regional, charitable and special", various stand operators from the parish groups will open their colorful market on Friday from 5.30 p.m., Saturday from 3 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m.
Whether homemade, fair trade gifts and sweets or crêpes and chestnuts - in Lerchenfeld there is something for everyone.
The proceeds from the parish booths and booth fees from the external Firants will again benefit donation projects: the Freising women’s shelter, the donation shuttle association from the Ahr Valley, which was hit by the flood, and the Redemptorists in the Ukraine.

On Friday evening the Stadtkapelle Freising opens the market, on Sunday from 3 p.m. different groups of the parish play music and from 7.30 p.m. there is a communal singing of Christmas carols.
On Sunday at 1 p.m. the children's musical workshop of the parish will perform, from 2 p.m. Susanne and Niall will also play.
