In June, suggestions and concerns about the construction of the psychiatric day clinics in the rafting town can still be raised.
Wolfratshausen – It will provide space for up to 250 patients a year – adults and adolescents. Two psychiatric day clinics are to be built on Königsdorfer Straße. The building committee has approved an amendment to the development plan for the property in question. As usual, the currently envisaged regulation was put on public display.

In this case, the interpretation is even repeated, as the city explains in a press release. There is a formal legal reason for this: at its most recent meeting, the committee voted in favour of an accelerated procedure without carrying out an environmental assessment.

Comments already received from the initial design have been incorporated into the current version – among other things, the expert opinion on immission control has been updated and the green space on the site has been adapted. The committee has also included new information on groundwater and species protection.
The draft development plan can be viewed from Friday, 2 June, to Monday, 3 July, in the town hall during the usual opening hours. In addition, the documents can be accessed via the city's website.
"During this interpretation period, concerns and suggestions for planning can be raised," the city explains in the statement. These would be reviewed and weighed and submitted to the committee for a decision.
