Africa Israel's hotel chain today announced the establishment of a new hotel brand that will initially include five hotels in Tel Aviv. The new brand will be called Poly, after the boutique hotel Poli House returned to management of Africa Israel Hotels.
During the year, hotels that will be part of the new brand will be launched, including the Polly Port Hotel in Tel Aviv Port, Poli Post at the post office in Jaffa and two additional hotels in the city. Poli House Hotel is considered a boutique hotel with 40 rooms, it is located at Polishok House on the Nachalat Binyamin pedestrian mall in Tel Aviv.

Sharon Alon, CEO of Africa Israel Hotels: "We are pleased to rejoin Poli House Tel Aviv to Africa Israel Hotels. The hotel, which is the first boutique hotel brand we plan to launch, under the Poly brand, is a direct continuation of the company's strategy to expand in the hotel sector in Israel and expand investments in the field to concept hotels that will provide a special service experience. The hotel has been taken over by us as of January 1, 1."
At the same time, the chain also reports an increase in demand for vacations in recent days. Assaf Ben Dov, VP Marketing and Sales Africa Israel Hotels: "In recent days we have witnessed both in our reservation center and even more intensely on the website, the pace of searches and bookings is increasing with an emphasis on last-minute bookings on the one hand, along with increasing demand for the longer term after Passover and summer."
The Africa Israel hotel chain currently manages about 10 hotels under the various brands – VERT, Crowne Plaza, Bay View, Indigo and now the Poly brand.
