Ready, set, go. The Olympics will begin at the end of July. But the G7 platform, to which more than 10,000 of the 19,000 Parisian taxis are affiliated, has already finalized its system for this extraordinary event. Between July and the beginning of September, its call centers where groceries are made by phone will be reinforced with 200 people, compared to half during a normal summer.
On the ground, up to 30 coordinators will be deployed near the busiest Olympic venues to facilitate the arrival of taxis and arrange waiting for customers. We are used to providing this service for luxury brands during a fashion show or for venues (the Philharmonie, La Défense Arena, etc.) at the end of a show or a match," explains Yann Ricordel, Deputy CEO of G7.

A special phone line will be reserved for English-speaking customers. And there will be plenty of drivers to transport passengers: 80% to 90% of the brand's taxis have planned to take a ride.
