To see the damage of this inflationary spiral on the household shopping budget, we have followed, since January 2022, the price evolution of twenty consumer products from among the most sold brands, such as the Cristaline pack, the best-seller (in value), or the essential 1 kg jar of Nutella, best seller excluding liquids, according to the NielsenIQ institute.

We relied on data provided by the interactive drive map from the consumer association UFC-Que Choisir, which records the prices of items sold in the stores of the different groups every day.
