Béghin Say, Florette, Yoplait, Candia, Gamm vert… These brands, well known to the French, have one thing in common: they all belong to agricultural cooperatives.
The names of these companies, the principle of which is that they are owned and controlled by operators in order to promote and sell their production together, probably mean nothing to you: InVivo, Agrial, Sodiaal... A lack of notoriety which masks their true power.
