(ANSA) - TURIN, DECEMBER 17 - The judge for preliminary investigations at the Court of Turin has validated the 75 Daspos, with the obligation to sign, issued by the Quaestor of Torin in the context of the 'Last Spring' operation that has canceled the group ultrà of the ' Torino Hooligans'.
The investigation has ascertained the "inclination to illegality" of the group that, on the occasion of the Turin matches, put in place "violent, provocative and offensive conduct" against "host fans, law enforcement agencies and Turin". He ascertained prevaricating attitudes towards the normalites of the Spring Curve of the Stadio Olimpico GrandeTorino.
As part of the same operation, the Digos also received around forty Neapolitan and Inter members for criminal offenses perpetrated on the occasion of the Turin-Naples and Turin-Inter races, against which Daspo measures were adopted.
