(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 13 - The Antitrust Authority has concluded an investigation against Tim, ascertaining two violations of the Consumer Code, and imposing sanctions for a total amount of 4.8 million euros. The Authority announced this in a note, explaining that the telephone company did not provide clear and immediate information in the promotion of "personalized" winback offers (commercial practice to recover a lost customer, ed.) For mobile telephony services addressed to former customers and that it has activated unsolicited services.
