(ANSA) - ROME, JANUARY 13 - In a "logical" manner, the dismissed judges have established that Veronica Panarello - accused of killing her son Loris Stival by strangling him on November 29, 2014 in the Ragusa area - "did not pour into confusion, as she sought to make people believe, but, on the contrary, they were perfectly conscious and oriented in the activity of eliminating the traces of the committed crime and of misdirection of the investigations ". The Cassation writes this in the reasons filed today in verdict 882 relating to the hearing held last November 21, which ended with the rejection of the appeal by Panarello's defense against the 30-year sentence of imprisonment imposed on the woman by the Court of Assizes of Appeal in Catania in 2016.
