Murder-suicide, husband and wife died at home

He killed his wife with a shovel and killed himself with a crossbow. Murder-suicide tonight in a house in Avigliana, a municipality in the metropolitan city of Turin at the entrance to the Susa Valley. The victims are Gian Vittorio Manassero, 54 years old, and Stefania Viziale, 48 years old. According to a first reconstruction of the carabinieri, it was the latter that raised the alarm, but when the military arrived, both were already dead.
The tragedy this evening in via Pietra Piana, in a rural house in the countryside of the town, the gate closed and two Dobermanns to guard, for which the intervention of the kennel was necessary. Firefighters are also on site.
The uncensored man was being treated for mental problems. And his own disturbances could have triggered the violence.
