How are 9 contestants in 8 days until the final? • A lot of misunderstood in the season that is coming to an end - but these are the singers who will be coming to the TV

How are nine contestants divided in eight days until the final? And if the last task was to appear like Eurovision, what exactly have we done so far? Many things are misunderstood in the season approaching the end of reality, but one thing is almost certain - these are the singers who will make it to the finals

  • What color will it send to Eurovision? Amrami-Brookman light

Welcome to the eighth stage of "Next Star for Eurovision"! Well, basically none of the moderators called it that, but be sure that if they did - if it just didn't sound so stupid, since "The Star" reached its peak of the middle stage, which is something to do - pretty boring. Between the launch of the team and the winner's announcement moment, there are close to 20 programs that need to be filled, and it makes sense that not all of them will be equally interesting. Then sew some special with the Reichel era, change judges and stretch the time. As far as ratings are concerned it seems to be working, but if in our business content, some of the decisions often feel arbitrary or detached from some logic that is not "let's create a TV interest."

Wake us up in the next impeachment

In both shows of the week, for example, contestants were asked to perform a song titled "This is how we will appear in Eurovision." But wait, what does that mean? What have we done so far, preparations for the Nes Ziona festivities? Can it be concluded that any of the contestants gave only 80% of their ability? of course not. Maybe it's about choosing the performed song? Nor does it make sense, because the rep does not choose the song to perform alone. Is it styling? Contestants have a stylist. In short, except for the mock theme that is likely to add interest to the program, it is a fruitless task.

One of the reasons for the diminishing level of interest is also the slow pace of delays this season. As of Tuesday, eight days before the finals, we were left with nine contestants, with the finals usually facing four. From the time the team closed to the present day, 11 contestants were ousted at the following pace: four, three, one, one, one, one.

After the removal ceremony at first, they started the program on the repulsion diet. The production has its own reasons for this dreary rhythm, but as a result we as viewers get more and more value-added performance from some of the artists who are no longer changing or introducing new capabilities (some have already been rejected and some are still with us), and bottom line - we have already started pecking all the way to the finals.

There must be a final

This week too, the contestants sang in duel and although none of the performances gave us a roaring headline, they did help refine existing trends regarding the identity of the quarterfinals, or at least - identify the six finalists for the "next star" title.
She first came up with the song Eden Elena, after some exciting performance, returned to the rhythmic style with "Fuego" (Alani Furiera), but failed to explode with him as requested. It was a reasonably good performance, one that relied too much on dance and too little on Eden's original interpretation of this plow song. Still, coolly, Eden continues to be one of the top singers in the competition, and we don't see a final without her.

Starting to pave the way to the finals. Raviv violinist

In front of her came Raviv Kinner, a challenger who did not start the season as a favorite, but builds himself and improves from performance to performance. In the current round, he sang "Human" (Christina Perry), and delivered a fine and effortless performance that fitted like a glove next to his high, bursting voice. Along the way it also brought him the win in a duel and not exaggerated to say that he is beginning to pave the way to the final himself.

For the next duel, a Sharagai fan who performed "Feel" (Robbie Williams), who began quietly, only he, the piano and heart on the table, rose to the surprising explosion that also included a short November starring two male dancers. This entry made the song another exciting performance for a moment to remember from the show and the fact that the judges once again mention the fact of being an artist fan - it is important and correct. A singer is not just a beautiful voice.

Against him came Lee Kulishkin who performed "I lived" (Van Republic) and as usual presented an impressive, steady and sweeping November. Amdorsky rightly noted that there is something very sincere in her submission. Still, Lally's big advantage to me is its vocal ability and not sure the overall package is enough for Eurovision. However, she did win the duel, at the tip of a few points.

Girls have huge fun

Another duel took place between two very prominent favorites this season: the first was Ella Lee-Blade who performed "Kill This Love" - a song from the K-POP genre. One can certainly appreciate the attempt to do something new that sounds sound and stable, but ultimately the performance sounds strange - and not in the positive sense. For the avoidance of doubt - it's not about the genre, it's about the murderousness of the original performance. Despite this, her place in the final seems to be already guaranteed. Why? Because of the latest.
In front of her came Gaya Shaki, who, without being confused, performed the plowed "Girls just wanna have fun" (Cindy Lauper), and with charming and gentle rendering, drew the song to her for a hug and gave us an amazing performance and a victory in a duel. It is a sure contender for the final, it will be crazy not to take it. Why? Because of the quality.

Afterwards, Eden Zohar got up to perform the plowed "Shape of you" (Ed Sheeran), which received original and cool adaptation, but the lifting element was absent. In spite of her powerful voice, Eden failed to bring in anything new that would wake the song, so the performance remained fairly mediocre.

Medium execution. Eden Zohar Sabag

Her duel partner was the Amrami-Brockman Light who performed the "Gate of Mercy" (Meir Banai) who of course won, and since we are tired of competing with the judges for the superlatives who tie him, we will discuss with you the color of the suit to be sent to Eurovision. How about blue-sea with a beret hat? And seriously - even with the exaggerations of the judges, this is a young, intelligent, prominent and elegant singer (as Keren Peles noted), and probably the one that will bring us the highest score in the competition itself. His place in the final itself is guaranteed.

Two crazy people come out of one

In the recent duel, Louis Ali performed "Two Crazy" (Omar Adam), which received fun and bitter processing. Louis sounded like something new was coming out of him, and although he got lost among the dancers, it was one of his most fun performances.

In front of him came Moran Aharoni who performed "Take Me To Church" (Hosier). Beautiful execution as usual, with nothing to take off or develop into something really interesting. Probably not her performance, but still enough to win the duel, and if you ask us, we will be back to see her in the final.

At the end of the program, Louis and Eden Zohar Sivan remained the last candidates to be rejected, and Eden was the one to finish her program. Nine contestants remained, with only eight more days to go. Wonder how the gap will close there.
