(ANSA) - SAVONA, FEBRUARY 1 - The Costa Smeralda port in Savona arrived yesterday morning from Civitavecchia after the forced stop for the Coronavirus alarm. Upon disembarkation, passenger safety procedures began: among them there are also six hundred people of Chinese nationality. Sanitary person, equipped with gloves and mask, carries out checks on travelers who land in Savona, detecting their body temperature. At the end of this phase, the embarkation of new passengers is expected: about a hundred of these come from China, India and other areas where the virus has already manifested itself. For Asian passengers, checks have already begun on board the coaches that took them to Savona, questionnaires have been distributed asking for information on the latest journeys made and the state of health. Other targeted checks will be carried out directly on board of Smeralda.
