The city of Buenos Aires is going through the second heat wave of the year on Thursday and the orange alert issued by the National Meteorological Service (SMN) continues, which means that high temperatures can affect babies, young children and older adults .
After 15 the temperature was 34 degrees and the thermal sensation touched 42 °.
This is the second heat wave of 2020 in the city of Buenos Aires, since the first one occurred between January 24 and 26 when the minimum temperatures were between 22.9 and 23.8 degrees, and the maximum temperatures between 33.5 and 36.7 .
The orange level represents a moderate-high risk to the health of the population, especially for infants, young children and adults over 65 years.
Given high temperatures it is essential:
• Drink plenty of fluids or at least 8 glasses of water.
• Eat light foods such as fruits and vegetables.
• Avoid direct sun between 10 am and 4 pm.
• Wear light clothing and a hat.

Therefore it is recommended to drink plenty of water, eat fresh food, wear loose clothing and lightweight materials, among others.
Tomorrow Friday , isolated storms are expected throughout the day and a temperature that will be located at 24 degrees minimum and 30 maximum.

Saturday will continue the bad weather with a chance of isolated rains, while the temperature will drop to a minimum of 20 degrees and a maximum of 27 degrees.
