(ANSA) - FLORENCE, FEBRUARY 13 - The ex-president of Banca Etruria Giuseppe Fornasari and the ex-general manager Luca Bronchi were sentenced on appeal to Florence, one year and one month in prison, in the second instance trial that saw them charged on charges of obstruction of supervision. Davide Canestri credit institute manager acquitted. At first instance the three had been solved in Arezzo. Fornasari and Bronchi were also sentenced jointly and severally to compensate Bankitalia, a civil party in the proceeding: a provisional provision of 327 thousand euros was established.
