(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 6 - Fathers - and in general non-tenant parents - who do not exercise the right of visit established by the judge, cannot be 'punished' with economic sanctions that push them to attend their children. This was underlined by the Cassation, which canceled the fines of one hundred euros for an 'irritant' father for every missed meeting with his younger son. For 'stoats', the right of visit cannot be "monetized" and "is destined to remain free in its exercise". Better to think about "shared" paths to improve relationships.
