Hélène Fournier has been teaching yoga for over twenty years. She composed a series of easy exercises to do at home. The 5 postures chosen promote well-being, in particular from a respiratory point of view. They work the whole body, are both energizing - because they stimulate the muscles and internal organs - and relax because they oxygenate the body and stretch the muscles properly. Many of these postures relieve back pain that can occur when you stay static all day. »How to practice? Barefoot, preferably on an empty stomach, in the morning or in the evening because it does not affect the quality of sleep, in a quiet place, indoors or outdoors. Above all, don't be cold . ” Hélène Fournier recommends daily practice for quick results and, failing that, at least three sessions per week.
