Coronavirus: Pizza association launches #verapizzacontest

NAPLES - #verapizzacontest is the name of the homemade 'challenge' launched by the Neapolitan Pizza Verace Association. Professional pizza chef courses are up for grabs. It is a free contest, open to all, amateurs and professionals, to reward the best true pizza made, made and designed at home. Inspired by the association's International Disciplinary, available online on the site, participants are free to choose whether to make a daisy, a marinara or a creative variant with other ingredients. The prerequisite, without any derogation, is cooking in a domestic electric oven. Each participant must send their photo via Messenger to the Association's Facebook page. The contest will last a month, starting today and until April 20 and the social public will vote for your favorite pizzas with a simple like. The best 20 will be rewarded by a jury of pizza chefs who will declare the most aesthetically beautiful and conforming pizza to a True Neapolitan Pizza. The results will be visible on the Association website as early as April 24th. Three prizes to be won and a professional pizza chef course for the winner.
