Coronavirus in Argentina: a 56-year-old doctor died

A 56-year-old doctor died this Thursday of a victim of coronavirus, as confirmed from the Municipality of San Vicente to Clarín.

The fatal victim is Héctor Bornes, who worked as a clinical doctor at the Angel Marzetti Hospital in Cañuelas.

As reported, he was isolated preventively on April 16 after registering a fever, but his condition worsened and he had to be admitted to the Ramón Carrillo Hospital in San Vicente.

In the course of this Thursday it was confirmed that Bornes had been infected with coronavirus and during the afternoon his death occurred. Meanwhile, his wife who works as a pediatrician also tested positive and is isolated.

The InfoCañuelas portal published a message that the doctor sent them before his death and in which he said that he was " as possible" after learning that he had been infected with a coronavirus.
