The Ministry of Health data shows Friday (Friday) that the number of corona virus infections in Israel has crossed 15,000 and now stands at 15,058 verified infections. The number of hospital admissions is 409, of which 107 are in mild condition, 102 are in moderate condition and 137 are in serious condition.
The Ministry of Health reported that the number of people with a mental illness was 102 and the number of people with chronic illness was four. Five respiratory patients are connected to the ACMU machine. Another 2,374 patients are supervised in hotels and another 5,884, most of whom are diagnosed in Israel, are in home care.
The government and professionals are expected to discuss next week's procedures for opening malls and markets around the country, Israel Today said Friday.
According to the sources, it is estimated that if shopping malls and markets are decided to open, the decision will be implemented two weeks from now and will include stricter social distance regulations than those required for stores and supermarkets. Street shops can be opened this week under the Ministry of Health's social remoteness restrictions. Among other things, they can operate hairdressers, beauty salons, toy stores and footwear. The directives restricting leaving the house only 100 meters away for refreshment (not for the purpose of stocking the shops) or 500 meters for physical activity will remain in effect because of Ramadan. The duty of wearing a mask in closed places and carrying it on the street will be raised to age 7. However, a fine of NIS 200 will be imposed immediately and without first warning, as has been the case so far, for anyone caught without a mask at all outside his home.
