The new self-declaration model  for travel between regions today is available online on the Viminale website . The previous model can still be used by striking out the items that are no longer current. The self-declaration is in the possession of police officers and can be completed at the time of the check. In the new form, the citizen declares that he is not subjected to quarantine, indicates the starting and destination point of the move, confirms that he is aware of the limitations in force from today on the whole national territory and of those ordered by the regions affected by the move. It is then necessary to indicate one of the four reasons that determine the legitimacy of the move: proven proven working needs; absolute urgency; situation of necessity; health reasons.

" Today we fully enter Phase 2 , we move forward with confidence and responsibility in the road that leads us to the restoration of ordinary activities of social and economic life. The country is starting up again, in a prudent and orderly way, following the indications of the Government". So Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte in a letter to Leggo inviting us not to forget that "the road is still long and we will never have to let our guard down, we will protect ourselves and our loved ones by respecting the rules of precaution and safety that are now known to all" .

"In fact, I authorized everything." So comments the president of Veneto, Luca Zaia, his ordinance that came into force today after the last Dpcm which will follow, he announced, a circular relating to the service of buffets in hotels and on open-air markets. "We are also working on a series of activities, which we expect to be ready this week - he added -, to give the go-ahead on May 25 or at the latest on June 1" for children's summer centers and the world of parks fun ". During the day, he will also sign another ordinance on the topic of public transport and, after the agreement made with Friuli, Emilia Romagna and the Province of Trento, on the travel between regions in neighboring provinces to visit relatives

ACTIVITIES STILL SUSPENDED

And Pope Francis, starting the mass on the tomb of John Paul II on the centenary of the birth of the Polish pontiff, has reopened this morning the celebration of liturgies with the public in St. Peter's Basilica, coinciding with what is happening in the Italian state . In the chapel of the tomb of the Holy Pope there are about 30 people, well spaced on the benches. Cardinals Angelo Comastri and Konrad Krajewski and monsignors Piero Marini and Jan Romeo Pawlowski were also present with the Pope.

MILAN  - On the first day of massive reopening of activities, in Milan, since 6 a.m. there is a greater influx of passengers on the red subway line . The replacement bus that was in operation before the resumption of the metro runs from Sesto San Giovanni had the word 'complete' on the display. On board, in particular, people who went to ensure the opening of offices and shops. Everyone had a face mask, not all gloves. The first timid signs of activity are visible in the historic center of Turin which starts after the lockdown. After months the streets and arcades have returned, here and there, to be punctuated by the lights of the shops. A barber has already raised the shutter: you can only enter with a mask and by appointment. The bars, whose reopening has been postponed to the weekend, are empty. "With us - says a manager - coffee is a ritual and the idea of consuming it outside the restaurant will not easily enter into our habits. So a Rimini this morning, one of the first and to have gone to the beach on the first day when this is allowed in Emilia-Romagna. The beach of Rimini slowly repopulates , even if there are few people for now, thanks to a very cloudy day. Some people, despite the absence of sun, have spread the towel, well spaced from each other.
