Corona in Israel: Fear of a virus outbreak in the Ahuzat Eyal nursing home in Or Yehuda. A total of seven patients were found at the institution - one patient was hospitalized and six other occupants were diagnosed but not patients. As a result, 29 nursing home residents were placed in solitary confinement, as well as five employees. 

The nursing home is not affiliated with a municipal authority, so Mayor Or Yehuda Mayor Liat Shochat wrote to the residents on her Facebook page: "The Eyal Estate has no father and mother, and it is not affiliated with any municipal authority. However, we are in contact with the local administration. Shushat added: "This is another opportunity to call you, dear residents, to strictly observe the guidelines - prevent gatherings as far as this is concerned," said Shochat. Last night, as a patient from the exhausted ward who had been in our home for over a year was transferred to Tel Hashomer Hospital for symptom testing as a person carrying the Corona virus, we worked to bring in all the ward's patients and workers for isolation, following the Ministry of Health's guidelines. As a result of the examinations conducted by the Ministry of Health this morning, we received six additional patients on suspicion of the virus, and in accordance with all the rules, we immediately followed. ”  

"Patients have been transferred to isolation and are not in contact with other occupants. Patients are being monitored closely. They will also be referred to the Margins for isolation and further examination, and to our delight, no warning signs or suspicions have been found so far.
