Drake Bell will make a movie in Mexico and wants Yalitza Aparicio as the protagonist

Drake Bell has Yalitza Aparicio in mind  for the main role of a film project that he has in mind and that will be recorded in Mexico.

In an interview with the Mexican television program "Ventaneando", the singer who became famous in his teens for his participation in the Nickelodeon series , "Drake y Josh", commented that he admires the protagonist of "Roma".

The also actor said that it is a romantic comedy that he is working on and that later he will give more information about the project, because it is hardly developing, so it is still a mystery what he will have in mind.

Bell, 34, has always had a great appreciation for Mexican culture, as he is constantly seen on social media practicing Spanish with his Spanish-speaking followers and has visited the country on different occasions.

"It will be about a New York businessman that I will play, and he travels to Mexico and falls in love with a Mexican girl, it is a romantic comedy," said the American.

In addition, Drake recalled how he met the actress who was nominated for an Oscar for her participation in the film by the filmmaker Alfonso Cuarón .
