The Court of Cassation - as reported in some media - yesterday canceled the sentence of 30 years for Laura Taroni, nurse in the emergency room of Saronno (Varese) accused of killing her mother and her husband, together with her lover doctor Leonardo Cazzaniga.
"The decision does not concern only the fact that the sentence was incomplete", explained Taroni's lawyer Cataldo Intrieri, "because the Milan Court of Appeal had forgotten part of the motivation, but also the evidence on the responsibility for the murders ".
Then he added: "the lawsuit is reopened".
