Serious clarification: These rules apply now in Fortnite Season 4
But the announcement for the upcoming
tournaments
should not only
arouse
anticipation
.
In this press release,
Epic Games
makes it clear once again that
tournaments are
always played according to rules and that all participants must adhere to these rules.
Certain types of behavior are expressly undesirable:
Agreements during a tournament
and so-called "
smurfing
" are not permitted.
What exactly is summarized under these terms is broken down by Epic Games on its own website.
If the players do not
adhere
to these rules, the makers behind
Fortnite
know
no mercy: “If the evidence is clear, players who collude will be banned from competitions without an official warning.
Players will be cautioned if their behavior strongly suggests a collusion.
Warnings are issued when the situation is not entirely clear.
Further suspicious behavior after receiving an official warning ultimately also leads to a ban on the competition. "
Apparently there are also increasing cases in which
Fortnite players
claim publicly that they have cheated or have been banned
when
that is not the case.
Because such
false claims
would interfere with investigations into real violations, Fortnite now wants to take action against such false information.
However, it does not answer the consequences of the affected players.

"Fortnite" Season 4: Epic Games has announced the start date - on this day it starts
Original message from August 6, 2020:
Season 3 of Chapter 2 brought
some big changes
in "
Fortnite
" *.
Epic Games flooded the game world with water and many well-known areas sank into the sea.
Over the past few weeks the water has gradually receded and the map has been exposed again.
In addition, the current season brought new bosses, new mythical weapons and a whole new Battle Pass.
As the season is slowly coming to an end, players are slowly becoming curious about when the next season will begin.
When does Season 4 of Chapter 2 on "Fortnite" start?
A "
Fortnite
" season usually lasts about ten weeks, although this has not been the case in previous seasons.
An extension of a week or two is not uncommon.
But season 2 lasted 17 weeks due to various delays.
The developers announced on the official website of Epic Games, the start of Season 4 of Chapter 2
on 27
.
Officially announced
August
.
A previous Twitter post indicated that the new season would start on this day.
Judging by the tweet, the new season is all about Marvel.
At the start of the beta of "Marvel's Avengers" there were already the "Hulk Smashers" and "Hulkbuster" pickaxes in "Fortnite." In Season 4, Iron Man, Hulk and Co. will apparently play a bigger role.

Meanwhile, there is bad news for players on the iPhone and iPad: "Fortnite" has been removed from the Apple App Store and updates are no longer possible.
For this reason,
the shooter from Season 4 probably not on iOS
-
devices
be playable.
