The second beat of the exit from the quarantine will start tomorrow (Sunday).

The outline of the facilitation approved by the government includes studies in schools in additional age groups alongside a partial opening of the economy.

The following is a complete list of reliefs:

Starting tomorrow, with the opening of a large part of the economy for the vaccinated, the green label will be implemented, as part of which it will be possible to enter certain places for the vaccinated (after a week from the date of completion of the second dose) and only recovering.

Starting tomorrow, it will be possible to issue the green card in three main channels:

1. Download the "Ramzor" app from the app stores

To issue the character using the widget, download it to the mobile device and press the issue button.

Later, it will be necessary to update the personal details, confirm the use of the information and click on the issue - then a verification code will be received on the device in a text message.

Enter it in the app, click the confirm button and wait for "approved" status.

It will be possible to display the character through the app in the relevant places.

2. Printing the green sign on the "Ramzor" website of the Ministry of Health

You must enter the site, update personal details - and confirm receipt of the character.

Then a QR code will appear where it will be possible to use the activities that will be opened in the economy.

3. At the call center: 02-5082000

Validity of the green mark:

six months from the date of the second vaccination or until June 30 for recovering patients.

Business owners will be able to find out if a customer is indeed vaccinated as required by presenting the certificate in the dedicated app alongside presenting an ID card.

Another way would be to display the QR code of the green mark (and not the one that appears on the vaccinator's certificate), which the business owners can only scan in the dedicated application.

The means of production of the green note appear in four languages: Hebrew, Arabic, Russian and English.

It will also be possible to enter places that operate with a green label by presenting a "vaccine certificate" or a recovery certificate - which can be issued on the website of the Ministry of Health and on the HMOs' websites.

What is expected to open in the third beat?

On March 7, small cafes and restaurants are expected to open for seating, without the need to present a vaccinated or recovering certificate.

For those presenting such certificates, the possibility will open up to reach restaurants that are not defined as small, subject to prior reservation, and to reach hotels in full operation (including dining rooms), event gardens, conferences and attractions.

The limit of gatherings in the third beat is expected to expand and allow a stay of 20 people in a closed space and 50 people in an open space, except in red localities.

In addition, in the field of education, seventh- through tenth-grade students are expected to return to school in "borderline" green, yellow, and orange cities.
