(ANSA) - LIVORNO, APRIL 10 - A cushion of roses donated by the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella and a crown of them were placed in the afternoon at the port of Livorno where there is a plaque bearing the names of the 140 victims of the Moby Prince tragedy of 10 April 1991. On the spot the names of the 140 victims were scanned, one by one, reading that this year - due to the absence for health reasons of LorisRispoli, president of the 140 family association -, was entrusted to a group of representatives of the city.
Subsequently, 30 more squads were launched, one for each year since the disaster.
Thus, at the Andana degli Anelli, another institutional ceremony for the 30th anniversary of the maritime disaster which was also attended by the president of Tuscany EugenioGiani, in addition to the highest city authorities, the Association "140 Family of the Victims of the Moby Prince" with Nicola Rosetti, to Angelo Chessa of the '10 Aprile' Association.
Once the ceremonies were inserted, they moved to the Goldoni Theater with the delivery by the mayor Luca Salvetti of the Livorninad'oro - the highest honor in the city - to the Association 140.
A concert with Mozart's 'Requiem KV626' from the Goldoni Orchestra closed the day.
