(ANSA) - FLORENCE, APRIL 28 - The Florence Court of Appeal sentenced Alessandro Albertoni and LucaVanneschi to 3 years each, defendants in the second-degree trial of the death of Martina Rossi, the 23-year-old student who died on August 3, 2011 falling from a balcony where he was on vacation in Palma de Mallorca (Spain).
According to the indictment, the girl was fleeing an attempted rape.
The two defendants were convicted of attempted group sexual violence.
