of February 24, 1926 that we find this joyful prophecy. Almost a hundred years later, the coexistence of the scooter with other means of transport has turned out to be stormy. Dangerous for pedestrians, the electric machine was driven off the sidewalks in 2019 - but not the only mechanical version, which is required to circulate there. After a fatal accident caused by two young women, the tone rose to the town hall of Paris which decided to limit the speed of self-service scooters in certain areas of the capital.
