In a nursing home in Allgäu, a senior woman attacked an opponent with pepper spray.
First, the 79 and 86-year-old women in the home in Oberstdorf had a verbal argument, then the younger one resorted to the irritant spray, as the police announced on Monday.
In the attack on Sunday afternoon, in addition to the 86-year-old, three other residents were slightly injured.
Medical treatment because of the respiratory tract irritation was not necessary, it said.
Criminal proceedings are now underway against the 79-year-old.
She was reported by the police.
