Tuscan apple pie: how to bake the simple sponge cake
Peel, quarter and core the apples.
Then cut them all into thin slices.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat or 180 ° C circulating air.
Line the springform pan with baking paper and grease the edge with butter.
Melt the butter, then set aside briefly and let cool.
