The Public Prosecutor's Office of Rome asked for immediate judgment for the leaders of Forza Nuova, Roberto Fiore and Giuliano Castellino, accused together with 11 others of the raid on the headquarters of the CGIL which took place on 9 October last during a demonstration called to protest against the Green pass obligation.

The accusations, depending on the position, are of incitement to crime, devastation and resistance to a public official.

The Prosecutor made the request to the investigating judge who, in case of acceptance, will fix the process directly before the collegiate court. In addition to Fiore and Castellino, he also asked for the trial for the former Nar Luigi Aronica, Pamela Testa, Salvatore Lubrano, Francesco Bellavista, Roberto Borra, Luca Castellini, Fabio Corradetti, Lorenzo Franceschi, Massimiliano Petri, Federico Trocino and Massimiliano Ursino. On the other hand, the position of Biagio Passaro, head of the 'Io apro' movement, has been removed.

In a note released by the Capitoline Prosecutor's Office it is stated that the "facts subject to the indictment concern the serious episodes that took place on 9 October as part of the protest held in Piazza del Popolo against the so-called 'green pass' and led to the arrest in flagrantee deferred by Aronica, Castellino, Fiore, Lubrano and Testa, arrest validated by the investigating judge with the issuance of a precautionary measure in prison confirmed by the Review Court. For the other suspects, the further investigations carried out by Digos, also with careful examination of the videos made by the Scientific Police, allowed the Prosecutor to make requests for further precautionary measures, then ordered by the investigating judge and also confirmed by the Review Court ".
