The two victims "were shot and injured when Alec Baldwin discharged a firearm used in the filming," the Santa Fe sheriff said in a statement.
“There are several responsible parties”
If Matthew Hutchins first accuses Alec Baldwin in this February 24 interview, he also points the finger at “industry standards”.
“Gun safety wasn't the only issue on this set.

The Hutchins family filed a lawsuit Feb. 15 against the actor and others involved in the film.
