MasterChef Italia has found its triumph: Tracy Eboigbodin, 28 years old of Nigerian origins who lives in Veneto, won the eleventh edition of the cooking show produced by Endemol Shine Italy for Sky.

    With the victory, Tracy is awarded 100,000 euros in gold tokens, the opportunity to publish her first recipe book entitled "Soul Kitchen - My recipes to feed the soul" (published by Baldini & Castoldi to be released on March 15) and access to a prestigious advanced training course at ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine.


    Today he prefers Italian cuisine over African cuisine.


    Tracy proposed a menu entitled The embrace, which she described as follows: "The embrace is the fundamental symbol of the union of two different, distant, sometimes remote elements ... In this journey at MasterChef I learned to open myself to what is unknown, to accept without prejudice or fear what surrounds me and to make it part of me and my kitchen in a positive way and, through this menu, I want to translate into four courses how much this applies to me ".
