The Warehouse, he recalled, concerns folders for 19 million subjects, of these - he reported - "only 3 million have adhered to the various Scrapping and the balance and excerpt from which 20 billion euros are obtained".
"The overwhelming majority of the credits in the Warehouse are not collectable," he added.
As for the rumors of a possible Scrapping quater, Ruffini said "It would not surprise me, I take note, but it is not with these tools that the problem is solved".
