Due to the risk of fire, Müller has now started the recall of a Rayher wax liner.

Consumers should stop using it immediately.

Munich - Do it yourself (in short: DIY) is very trendy and not without reason.

Whether to spice up your own four walls, to amuse the children or to give away to loved ones: DIY offers endless possibilities for creative expression.

But hobbyists should be careful now.

The Müller drugstore is recalling Rayher's "Brillant Gold Wax Liner" due to the risk of fire.

Due to the risk of fire, Müller is now recalling a Rayher wax liner.

According to the manufacturer, the reason for the precautionary recall is an incorrectly filled color.

"Under certain circumstances, unexpected fire events can occur when lighting the candles decorated with the Brilliant Gold Wax Liner," said Müller on his own website.

Product recall due to fire hazard: Müller warns customers against use

Customers should stop using the affected product immediately and not light candles that have already been decorated with the wax liner.

Instead, Müller offers a return of the product in this case.

Consumers can return the affected product to any Müller store.

The purchase price will also be refunded without presenting the receipt, says Müller.
