(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 15 - 31,885 new infections from Covid have been registered in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Health Minister.
Yesterday there were 39,474.
The victims are 48, down from 73 yesterday.
All in all, between antigenic and molecular, 195,439 swabs with a positive rate of 16.3%, down from 17.3% yesterday.
189 patients are hospitalized in intensive care, 6 more than yesterday.
The daily admissions are 33. The hospitalized in the ordinary wards are 4,218, or 19 more than yesterday.
The figure for people currently positive at Covid in Italy, which is 603,885, therefore three more in the last 24 hours, rises again - albeit by only three units.
A total of 17,736,696 Italians have been infected since the beginning of the pandemic, while the deaths rise to 167,553.
The discharged and healed are 16,965,258, with an increase of 32,758.
