Apple and Jony Ive - historic designer of the American giant since Steve Jobs - will not renew the collaboration agreement that saw the former creative of Apple work with the company through his new startup, LoveFrom.
According to the New York Times, the reason is in the veto that Apple had given to Ive about possible new competing customers of the iPhone and Mac manufacturer.
The Times says both parties have agreed not to extend the contract in the weeks leading up to its renewal and to stop working together for the first time since the 1990s.
