(ANSA) - MILAN, AUGUST 01 - In Leonardo DelVecchio's will appear the names of Francesco Milleri, president and CEO of EssilorLuxottica as well as president of Delfin, and RomoloBardin, CEO of the Luxembourg safe.
The first entrepreneur who died on June 27 left 2.15 million EssilorLuxottica shares (almost 0.5% of the capital) which are worth around 340 million euros at current stock market values, 22,000 shares per second, equal to 3.5 million EUR.
Documents viewed by ANSA then confirm the assignment of eight equal shares of Delfin's capital to Del Vecchio's children and wife, Nicoletta Zampillo.
To the latter go to the maxi apartments in Milan and Rome, Villa La Leonina in Beaulieu Sur-Mer, near Nice in the French Riviera, and the house of the buen retiro in Antigua, in the Caribbean.
