How?
By entrusting Urssaf with the recovery of this significant flow currently operated by Agirc-Arrco.
The unions and employers, managers of the Agirc-Arrco scheme, oppose what they consider to be a "
capture
" of their revenue, denouncing a "
hidden pension reform
".
They fear that the contributions of private sector employees, but also in the long term the 60 billion in reserves of the scheme, will end up "
in a large washing machine in the hands of the State
", which could dispose of them as it sees fit, to clear deficits of other plans.
