Russia is concentrating on "peaceful means" but "if there is nothing else left" it is ready to "defend itself with all the means at its disposal": said Russian President Vladimir Putin, quoted by Tass. "It makes no sense to talk about a new mobilization" in Russia, he said, adding that 'of the 300,000 mobilized in Russia, 150,000 were deployed in the area of the military operation in Ukraine, and of these 77,000 are in combat units.'
'Some Western human rights organizations - he added - were created as a tool for influencing the internal politics of Russia and above all of other countries of the former Soviet Union'.
