(ANSA) - GENOA, FEBRUARY 07 - Ansaldo Energia and the shareholder CdpEquity, during the table chaired by undersecretary FaustaBergamotto which was held at Mimit, declared that they "proceed with the finalization within the technical timeframe of the agreement relating to the capital and financial strengthening maneuver which includes the recapitalization of the company by the shareholder CdP Equity".
The agreement "provides for the adhesion of financial creditors". Ansaldo Energia, Cdp Equity, the Liguria Region and the trade unions are present at the meeting.
The Government "guarantees the path outlined which it supports and supports by monitoring its progress by maintaining the table".
