"Yesterday, in the Board of Directors, we approved the ranking for the hiring of 4,300 people", thus achieving "one of the most massive hirings in the public administration".
This was reported by the president of INPS Pasquale Tridico, speaking at the conference of the FLP, the Federation of workers and functions of the PA, with reference to the expansion of the workforce of the social security institute, following the competitions already carried out.
Then, when asked by ANSA about the average age of Public Administration personnel (on average 54.7 years, as highlighted by the secretary of the Flp, the Federation of Workers and Public Functions Marco Carlomagno, in his report), Tridico , in consideration of the INPS data, which on average is 58 years old, recalls the start of the new 4,300 hires, "therefore young people, who will enter service in the next few days, throughout Italy. There are only the technical times for signing of contracts to consider", however, adds the INPS management, thus the average age of employees "we are drastically lowering it".
And, all of this will bring "our workforce of 24,000 back towards the original requirement," which "is about 30,000."
