(ANSA) - NEW YORK, FEBRUARY 22 - "Genocide in a nation means that no country can live in peace. When Russia strikes Ukraine, it is an attack on the principles of human rights. We are not only fighting for
our country, but for the human rights, of our people and of all of you".
The first lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska said it in a video message at an event organized in Kiev at the UN on the occasion of the anniversary of the Russian invasion.
"We have asked the UN to set up a special tribunal for Russia's crimes of aggression - she added - it serves everyone so that this never happens again".
