"Protective and ironic Moretti". Soon in two new series (ANSA)

"I started working when I was 18, even before that in very small parts, I've always had the dream of being an actress and woe to anyone who wakes me up" says Valentina Romani in an interview with ANSA.

Roman, born in 1996, she made her debut as a protagonist in 2016 with A kiss, directed by Ivan Cotroneo, then on TV the following year with the Rai fiction La Porta Rossa, but it is with Mare Fuori, the phenomenon series of recent years that Romani is exploded, kissed by the success shared with the other young protagonists like her or even more, from Massimiliano Caiazzo to Matteo Paolillo, from Giacomo Giorgio to Nicolas Maupas to name just a few.

She is one of the 30 talents reported by Forbes Italia.

She will be her-"fibrillant"-at the Cannes festival with two films: she is the daughter of Nanni Moretti in Sol dell'Avvenire in competition for the Palma d'

"Moretti's success in theaters fills us with joy, it's a good sign. How is Nanni on the set? Certainly a demanding director and that's fine with me, I consider it a positive feature because I too am super demanding with myself and when you go back to home from the set after days like those spent on Sol dell'Avvenire there is happiness. Nanni is protective, but also very ironic, there were funny moments during filming and I felt happily welcomed into the Moretti family".

Did Moretti know about Mare Fuori?

"I told him about it during the audition, but if he really saw the series I don't know, I don't want to create a case", he jokes.

As for Elemental, "it's a childhood dream, I still can't believe it's come true: the world of

animation by Disney and Pixar is part of something that made me grow up, there are titles that still excite me, they have no age". Needless to go around it, how does one survive a tsunami of popularity like Mare Fuori?" above", he replies. "It is a series that has given us success but it is no coincidence, it speaks without filters to young people and also to parents, it tells of the stumbling blocks and the hopes of integrating into society.

And then there's the group, our magic circle built above all during the filming of the first season, when in addition to the actors from Naples, often in their first experience, there were also young people like me who were off-site, we spent a lot of time together even outside from the set, we became shoulder to each other,

In Mare Fuori she plays Naditza, a young Roma, an ethnic group that is rarely seen on TV: "I owe her a lot, she is the symbol that everything is possible, she is the only one who wants to stay in the Ipm, she is better off there than in her world where her father wants to marry her off to an unknown and older relative. In reality it happens, we know it, and I felt the responsibility to tell these teenagers who listen to their needs and fight for their freedom. Naditza a species of Trilli di Peter Pan, as the first director Carmine Elia told me, tells beautiful and saving things such as love, friendship and also that talent cannot be thrown away, recognizing it is emancipating oneself", he adds.

Mare Fuori 4 will be on the set in a few days, let's take it for granted that Naditza won't be there?
