All rules here at a glance.

District

- After the Bundestag had decided on the "Federal Emergency Brake", the sanctuary also changed the twelfth Bavarian Infection Protection Ordinance.

The emergency brake provides for certain nationwide protective measures if a threshold value of a 7-day incidence of over 100 is exceeded.

This also has an impact on the Freising district, where the incidence on Tuesday was 156.7.

The following also applies: If the 7-day incidence exceeds a relevant value on three consecutive days, the new regulations will come into force on the next but one day.

What is new, however, is that the threshold must now be undercut on five consecutive days.

This regulation is also decisive for operation in schools and day-care centers with immediate effect, not, as was previously the case, the incidence on the previous Friday for the entire following week.

That is why the district office no longer publishes the corresponding incidence value on Fridays.

The district office reports the current measures for the Freising district:

Contact restrictions:

Staying together in public spaces, in privately used rooms and on privately used land is only permitted with members of your own household and one other person.

The children under the age of 14 belonging to these households are not taken into account.

Curfew:

The night curfew regulation remains unchanged.

In contrast to the federal emergency brake, exercise in the fresh air (jogging, walking) is not permitted in Bavaria between 10 p.m. and midnight.

Economy:

The opening of shops with customers for trade, service and craft businesses is currently prohibited.

Pre-ordered goods can be picked up in shops (so-called "Click & Collect").

What is new is that this regulation already takes effect from an incidence value above 150, not as before at 200.

Body-hugging services

are prohibited with the exception of hairdressers and podiatrists.

Visits to the hairdresser or podiatrist are only permitted if the incidence range is over 100 if the customer presents a negative result from a PCR test, POC antigen test or self-test carried out no more than 24 hours ago.

For the staff there is an FFP2 mask requirement within the framework of the health and safety regulations.

Gastronomy:

After the federal emergency brake, the delivery (not the delivery) of take-away food and drinks in the incidence range over 100 is prohibited during the curfew between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
