(ANSA) - CAGLIARI, 12 SEPTEMBER - "There is no obligation to show up at boarding with a certificate of negativity because the ordinance speaks only of an invitation, however there is an obligation to undergo a molecular or antigenic swab in Sardinia within 48 hours of landing if the required certification has not been presented ".
The Councilor for Health of the Sardinia Region, Mario Nieddu, clarifies this to ANSA about the latest ordinance of President Christian Solinas which provides for tests for those arriving on the island.
"So much so that - he explains - the measure imposes fiduciary isolation until the result of the swab is obtained".
What if, once in Sardinia without a certificate of negativity, you refuse to swab?
"You remain in isolation until you leave - explains the commissioner - you are in fact obliged to comply with an ordinance, you can also challenge it before the Constitutional Court if you believe that you are violating your own rights, but in the meantime you must comply with it, otherwise you go against it the penalties provided for by law ".
On the other hand, concludes the councilor for health, "it is not clear why Lazio can do it and Sardinia cannot: in Lazio, when you arrive from Sardinia, they give you a tampon, willingly or not".
