Freshly reconstituted, the media group ViacomCBS has just ratified an agreement with its opponent Comcast to create a joint venture to launch a common video streaming platform in Europe.

Called SkyShowtime, this new service should be deployed in 20 countries of the Old Continent as of next year.
It will offer a catalog of 10,000 hours of programs, including original series as well as unreleased films, promise the two American cable giants.
