Massive evacuation of construction in Or Yehuda: Demolition of buildings in the Anemone complex has begun

Urban history took place this morning (Tuesday, November 16) on Kalanit Street in Or Yehuda, where the first building was demolished as part of a construction evacuation project.
The project includes the demolition of nine residential buildings (114 housing units) on Anemone Streets 1-13 and Iris 1-7.
In place of the old residential buildings, 8 17-story residential towers and 656 housing units will be built in an area that extends over 15.5 dunams.
This is an addition of 542 housing units. Apartment owners in the complex will receive a new apartment with a balcony, storage room, storage room and private parking.
The project has been accompanied from the beginning by the Engineering Department of the Or Yehuda Municipality.
The developer of the project is Yuvalim, the design is the responsibility of the architectural firm Yasky Mor Sivan, and the operating contractor is Tidhar.

In the first phase of the project, five buildings will be demolished, and immediately afterwards four buildings will be built in their place. The second phase includes four more buildings that will be demolished and replaced by four more new buildings. The scope of the investment will be about NIS 800 million.

Yuvalim is already marketing apartments in the project at prices starting at NIS 2.36 million for 4-room apartments with an area of 100 sq.m. + 12 sq.m. balcony and starting at NIS 2.62 million for 5-room apartments with an area of 130 + 12 sq.m. balcony.
