"The use, starting from next March 14, of the electric impulse weapon by the operators of the State Police, the Carabinieri and the Financial Police, in eighteen Italian cities, constitutes an important step to reduce risks to the safety of personnel engaged in the prevention and control of the territory ".
This was stated by the Minister of the Interior, Luciana Lamorgese, underlining how "thanks to the adoption of the device, the police forces will be able to manage critical and dangerous situations more effectively and safely".
