(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 04 - The sentence for the manslaughter of Stefano Cucchi against the carabinieri Alessio Di Bernardo and Raffaele D'Alessandro has been reduced by the Supreme Court: the sentence goes from 13 to 12 years in prison.
There will also be a new appeal process for the two Carabinieri accused of forgery in the context of StefanoCucchi's death.
This was decided by the Supreme Court which reopens the bis appeal for Roberto Mandolini, who had been sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment and for Francesco Tedesco, sentenced to 2 and a half years in prison.
